Shipping Policy
Last updated: 15/10/2026 At Alder & Tail, we believe shipping should be simple. Orders within Ireland ship free when you spend over €75, and we deliver to many countries around the world. Shipping locationsWe currently ship to:- Ireland- The United Kingdom- The United States Enter your address at checkout to see the delivery options available to you. Delivery timesHere's a rough idea of how long things take from checkout to your door:- Order cut-off time: 4:00 PM (Irish time). Orders placed after this are processed the next business day, which may add an extra day to your delivery estimate.- Order handling time: 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday. This is the time it takes us to pack your order and hand it over to the carrier.- Transit time: 6–8 business days, Monday to Friday- Estimated delivery time: 7–10 business days These are estimates. Occasionally weather, customs or carrier delays can shift timings slightly, and we'll always do our best to keep you updated. - Express delivery: €9 (irish exclusive) Customs and import dutiesOrders delivered outside the EU may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country. These are the customer's responsibility. Tracking your orderOnce your order has been dispatched, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow its journey. You can also check its status at any time on our Track your order page. Delivery issuesIf something's not right, whether it's a delay, a missing parcel or anything else, contact us straight away.
